KM Equity is searching for Junior to Mid-Level J2EE Developers (1-4 years of experience).

Required Skills:
- Candidates must have 1-2 years of J2EE development experience in a professional environment. This must include back-end experience.
- Candidates will ideally have exposure to one or more of the following integration tools: Biztalk, Tibco, Vitria, Savvion , Lombardi, SeeBeyond, etc.
- BONUS: If the candidate has significant experience with Autonomy or Verity K2 it's an additional bonus.
- We prefer candidates have experience developing and designing systems on UNIX platforms, however, it is not required - Microsoft.Net is okay.

Business / Consulting Experience:
- Outstanding problem solving, strategic thinking and data analysis skills
- Solid understanding of strategy, operations and IT within one or more industries
- Strong balance between technical and business knowledge
- Demonstrated ability to successfully liaise between business and technical representatives
